Crystal Pier is a fickle left and right-hand pier/groyne/jetty break (sand bottom) that works at all points of the tide. This spot in Wrightsville Beach (Harnett) gets its best conditions with a westerly breeze and a northerly to southerly swell. Crystal Pier only starts working with a swell of around 2ft and can hold shape with swell of up to around 8ft.
